Analyze your Data - Looking at Your Graphs

1. Once your survey has been shared, and others have taken your survey, then you must analyze your data.

 

2. Open the spreadsheet in Google Docs that displays all of the information collected in from your survey.

 

3. View your graphs -Go to FORM>SHOW SUMMARY RESPONSES

 

 

4. Use the Command+Shift+4 shortcut to take a screen shot of your graphs.

 

6. Insert those images into a Google Doc presentation.

 

7. Sort your data for easier comparison.

 

8. Use the Average function and other math to summarize your data results.
